Guests who require assistance to attend our event, can book a free Essential Companion ticket online if they hold an Access Card or Windsor Great Park Illuminated Digital Access Pass with a +1 or +2 symbol.

If you don't already have an Access Card, our partners at Nimbus offer a FREE Digital Access Pass application. Once approved, you'll be able to book an Essential Companion ticket online.
How to book Essential Companion tickets online?
You can book your tickets online via the booking page. Just add your Essential Companion ticket to your basket and enter your Access Card or Digital Access Pass ID number during checkout to confirm your eligibility.
Please remember to bring your Access Card or your Digital Access Pass confirmation email with you on the day, as you may be asked to present it on arrival.
