If your Access Card or Windsor Great Park Illuminated Digital Access Pass includes a +2 symbol, and you require two Essential Companion tickets, please book one Essential Companion ticket online and enter your Access Card or Windsor Great Park Illuminated Digital Access Pass details at checkout to confirm your eligibility.
Once your booking is complete, contact the Windsor Great Park Illuminated team HERE with your order number along with your Access Card or Windsor Great Park Illuminated Digital Access Pass details.
After your +2 entitlement has been verified, a second Essential Companion ticket will be issued to you.
More than one access customer?
If there are multiple people within your group who require an Essential Companion, you will need to place these orders separately, only booking one Essential Companion Ticket at a time.
