Once you have your Access Card or Windsor Great Park Illuminated Digital Access Pass displaying a +1/+2 symbols, follow the steps below to book your Essential Companion ticket online:
- Head to the booking page for Windsor Great Park Illuminated
- Add your tickets to your basket, including one Essential Companion Ticket.
- Once you proceed to the checkout, you will be requested to provide your Access Card or Digital Access Pass details. Not sure what your ID number is? You can use the Check Details Form to instantly get your ID number emailed to you.
- Ensure you have provided all the required information at checkout, you can complete your order. As long as your Access Card or Digital Access Pass details are valid, your order will complete.
Don’t forget to bring your Access Card or Pass details on the day of your visit.
Please be sure to select the Essential Companion ticket as well as your own when booking online.
Please note, you will be unable to complete an order online containing an Essential Companion ticket without adding valid Access Card or Digital Access Pass details.
You can book an Essential Companion ticket online or arrange this on the day at our Box Office, subject to availability. We recommend booking online to reduce wait times and entry delays.
When requesting an Essential Companion ticket on the day from our Box Office team, you will still need to provide our box with either your Access Card or Windsor Great Park Illuminated Digital Access Pass that shows a +1 or +2 has been allocated.
Essential Companion tickets can be provided at no additional cost to support a child attending on a Child Ticket, provided the child has an Access Card or Windsor Great Park Illuminated Digital Access Pass with a +1 or +2 symbol.
