At Windsor Great Park Illuminated, guests who require assistance to attend our event, can book a free Essential Companion ticket for their visit. Everyone in your party will need an entrance ticket prior to arriving at the event.
This can be done online or on the day at our Box Office, subject to availability. We recommend booking online to reduce wait times and entry delays.
To book this online or at the Box Office, you will need to have a +1 or +2 on either:
- an Access Card
- or a Windsor Great Park Illuminated Digital Access Pass.

Essential Companion tickets can be provided at no additional cost to support a child attending on a Child Ticket, provided the child has an Access Card or Windsor Great Park Illuminated Digital Access Pass with a +1 or +2 symbol.
